MIllie did our taxes incorrectly. We found this out when we received a letter from the IRS indicating that we owed a significant amount of money. We contacted Millie and she refused to refund us the fee we paid her to do our taxes. She did pay us penalty interest, however, when we asked about a refund on her fee, she rudely stated she would not refund it and hung up on us. We hired her so that a situation like this would not happen.
