What a complete nightmare! I thought Jeff was competent enough to handle the job, was I ever wrong. He put off my file until two days before the due date, mind you I made sure everything was to him 15 days before the due date! I then went to pick up my papers to see he had all the wrong information!!! He mixed up my file!!! He apologized but boy what a nightmare. I then asked him for my papers back so I could bring them elsewhere and he demanded payment. In the end I had to pay a late fee but found a competent person to properly fill out the paperwork. Run, avoid at all costs.
