This is an individual who prepared my taxes before and I never had an issue paying his tax preparation fees but for some reason this year the total amount increased by $100. He indicated that the efiling fee was the reason why, I then brought to his attention that I had one less w2 and what was the difference between the w2 fees and efiling fee. Randall ignored my inquiry and was adamant about being paid first. I then texted Randall and informed him that I would pass by his office to discuss the tax preparations. I then received a text saying that he was too busy and he would not prepare/file my taxes. I could go on with the unprofessional services rendered but it’s not worth it. I don’t recommend him and thank God for friends that were able to refer a tax preparer on the last day of the tax season.
