For years I used a big name tax service,they charged a 3x as much as Veronica just to be told I owed thousands of taxes on top of everything that was deducted already. I tried a do-it-yourself program without much difference. My boyfriend shared Veronica's name with me and she has been a God-send !!!. I finally feel like this tax game is being played fairly.
