I've used Don for years and worked for him. But what he did to us last year crossed a line. I asked him to file and extension in April. I was told he did this. Then gave him tax info first October he prepared the return, did not send it in. Did not tell me we owed last year. As the months went by I kept asking what happened with return he said everything good. In January I went to his office return was not sent in. I took copy then his girl said they would send it. I declined and mailed myself. I was penalized 50% of the return. With a income family this hurts a bunch. I'll never use don or Owen and Roth for anything again.

My financial advisor provided me Don’s name as someone who could do my taxes. Since my financial advisor is an honorable man with integrity, I felt confident anyone he recommended also shared those values. And I was right. Don has always done an excellent job for me. Very personable!

I have had my taxes prepared by Don for many years now, and I have had zero complaints or issues. Don is fast, friendly, and does a great job. It is nice to have someone that knows what they are doing on my side, just in case (knock on wood) an audit ever happens.

Unfortunately I didn't find out until AFTERWARDS that this office has a BAD reputation. Within the first 30 days paperwork on my employees were lost, messages weren't passed along, important IRS papers went filed on time costing unnecessary monies...the lack of professionalism is just unreal....Donald is personable but personable don't keep a person on the right side of the IRS fence. I have an audio recording of a call between myself and office staff that would make ANYONE seek an accountant elsewhere for anyone who would like to listen to it. I recorded a phone conversation and caught office personal blatantly lying. Once Mary or Amy found out I was recording the tone changed and so did their story and accusations changed. Just pathetic

You should keep your mouth shut. I'll be by to visit you in person.

Very Happy with my experience having my taxes done by Don Taylor. I was going to the same place for a few years, and when something a bit complicated came up in my taxes my tax people were clueless and didn't even call the IRS for help. They had me owing money and were confused. Don knew the proper way to handle my situation with out batting an eye. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise.
