I have been working with Floyd for 8 years after he was recommended by a friend. I have nothing but glowing reviews of his work. If you need someone that will ask the right questions and provide you with solid tax advice, Floyd is the man.

HE'S THE BEST!!! Floyd knows exactly what he is doing. His experience certainly showed it. He helped me resolve many IRS issues from previous years I had built up over time - quite the mess. In addition, he advised me on what to do in the future to help prevent the situation from happening again. I am so glad that I chose to see him compared to my previous accountant. Floyd produced results which was exactly what I was looking for - getting squared away once and for all. I am very satisfied with his work and plan to continue business with him in the near future for my tax filings.

Mr. Kopf is an excellent accountant. His expertise is very helpful, and he truly cares about his clients. I leave happy every time knowing that he took care of me and advised me on my current tax situation and what to do going forward. It's nice when your accountant personalizes with you, even offers you a beverage. I feel comfortable and welcomed every year I visit him. His assistant also does an excellent job following up with me about questions I have and goes above and beyond to help me right then.

DO NOT USE FLOYF KOPF !!!!! Not only did he screw up my taxes, he would not return the six messages I left with his secretary, the six voice mails I left on his answering machine or the six emails I sent to him over the period of 30 days, 30 days after tax season had ended. He finally responded via email, only after I threatened to take legal action on the seventh email I sent to him. His response as to why I was receiving letters from the IRS..."Call the IRS!" Really? Call the IRS? Isn't that what I pay you for, so that I don't have to deal with the IRS? Isn't that why I paid you to do my taxes correctly in the first place? I have been going to Floyd since 2005, but NEVER AGAIN! I would not even expect this type of treatment from an H & R Block.
