I would give this person zero stars if able. Long story short, she forgot to pay our taxes and we ended up with late fees not once but twice. She is very difficult to get ahold of and had to send frequent emails and calls to get her to return any messages or questions. Had to remind her each pay period to please forward our payroll information. She is very rude and unprofessional and if you're a very small business you're just wasting her time!
