Louis Santoro is a heartless landlord. A resident in an apartment that he owns on Banner in Bixby/Long Beach was threatened by another tenant and he did not allow the threatened tenant out of her lease, without giving and paying for the required 30 days notice. The resident was threatened to be shot and killed by the other tenant, and Santoro used the police report that was filed to evict the problem tenant, but gave no consideration to the tenant who had been threatened other than to make her pay for a month of occupancy after she moved out. Louis, if you ever see this, KARMA is a bitch.. Your lack of compassion and lack of humanity is despicable. If you have kids imagine what you would feel like if your child was threatened in this way. I hope someday that you get what is coming to you.. KARMA
