It is very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the location (they never responded to any of my emails and their phone number is most of the time busy or unavailable). I tried calling them two days in a row at different times and I was finally able to speak on the phone to one of the agents.He was very nice on the phone and the follow up was required (I emailed him the document while we were on the phone to make sure that he gets it and he said that he will have Krzysztof call me back), which never happened. My ex husband met with Krzysztof in person and he assured my ex husband that we don't owe any money to IRS and that the additional paperwork was required (which I provided), but my refund was taken by IRS. I am trying to get in touch with Krzysztof which is a huge challenge. If you don'y believe me, just email them on the email above and see how long it takes them to email you back and do me a favor and try to make a phone call to them. In person Krzysztof was very nice and he answered all my questions. However what he said doesn't respond to the outcome and I am having a hard time having an opportunity to receive any explanation from him. I really hope that this review will help him to find a way for phone calls and emails to be answered.
