Client Reviews of Leah Delancey, ATTY

This is to provide a review of Leah DeLancey. I worked at the Costa Mesa, CA office of Baker Hostetler for a period of three years. Ms. DeLancey's office was four offices down the hall from me. Although my profession was patent prosecution, and Ms. DeLancey's profession was in another field of law (tax law), we conversed on occasion in the common area in the wide hallway and in the lunchroom. Ms. DeLancey told me that she'd once taught at Golden Gate University. Also, she showed me photographs of her child (this was interesting to me, because I've had ten years of experience photographing children and toddlers). On one occasion, we both stood in the little lunchroom watching the television mounted on the wall. We were watching a high-speed automobile chase, where police cars were chasing after a bad boy. Eventually, the bad boy left the highway and tried to escape by parking in front of somebody's house and running into the back yard. But he was tackled by the police and caught. I was surprised that a law firm partner (Leah DeLancey) spent ten minutes watching this fascinating high speed chase. The only thing that I can add, is that Ms. DeLancey was a striking beauty (please note that my formula for beauty in women is based 50% on intellect and 50% conventional measures of beauty). Any person who knows Ms. DeLancey will know what happened to her a few years ago, and will know that she took the "ultimate journey." (Her ultimate journey resulted from an infection after surgery, so sad.) My sadness is due, in part, to the fact that Ms. DeLancey was a friendly person (not all law firm partners have that quality), and in part to the fact that my work experience at Baker Hostetler was well above average. - - - Tom Brody, Ph.D.
