Ms. Law has prepared and filed my personal and business taxes since 2013. Kristy navigated myself and LLC through some complex issues over the last several years, with much success. Kristy has a very busy tax and payroll business, but she has always found the time for my appointments. Kristy has always found time for my questions, I have never felt rushed when my appointment went overtime. She is a pleasant professional, and I trust her and her opinions. I highly recommend her services.

I wish I could leave her zero stars... I’ve been trying to get my taxes done with her since before tax season ended. I met with her once and she told me we needed to wait for paperwork from the IRS... She told me that she requested a copy for herself and a copy for me. She told me to let her know if I receive them before she did. I never received anything and since I have left eight voicemails to receive nothing in return… Not to mention after I arrive to the first day meeting her I sat in her office and waited for 30 minutes because clearly she had forgotten about our appointment. Her desk was covered in paperwork which I thought was understandable given the time period that I was meeting her (STILL DURING TAX SEASON)… But now I believe that it was just a due to a lack of organization. So here we are… The end of July. Still haven’t had a call back. Still haven’t received any documents from the IRS. I would not recommend.
