K. Ray Hammond was appointed trustee by my mother to handle her estate in the event of her death. My mother passed away 2 years ago and the estate has been handled in a very poor manner. He has not disclosed any of her financial information or her will with any of her heirs. When my mothers home was sold he had all parties concerned sign a non-disclosure agreement. He filed for an extension on my mothers estate and still has yet to inform any of her children about anything.
