By far the WORST experience I have ever had with a CPA. I went there to have my taxes done, the lady asked lots of questions, a good sign right? She had my cell and email contact information. When she got to a part she wasn't sure on with our taxes, instead of contacting me, she just guessed. This mess up required a refund on my part of $500 and my ex-wife jumping my case for months. I called the owner, he said he would look into it. No return phone calls, no return emails. They say they will back you up if you get in trouble with the IRS, but fail to back you up if they screw up. All of this and not even an apology, instead they tried to lay it on me, saying I should have checked it over....ummmm that is why I went to a pro, I don't go to the doctors and look over his work! This mess cost me a weeks wages, no discount or refund was offered or given.
