Tom R DeBerry is my brother. Our mother had dementia. Tom was the Executor of her will. She passed away 2-2-09. Tom chose the pauper's coffin (cardboard), no flowers, no minister and the only people present were he, my husband and I. Afterwards he and I went to her house and discussed when I would return (I live in another state) and we would go thru her things and separate them, have a sale, etc. In the coming weeks he told me exact amounts of money we would split. I told him there was no hurry - he was my brother - I trusted him. 3 months later I received a copy of her will. I had been written out 3 years earlier. I asked Tom how he could be so cruel to me. He denied deceiving me into believing I was in our mother's will. Our mother's name was Evelyn B DeBerry. The attorney who handled the will in Wichita, KS was Stinson Morrison Hecker. If he does this to his sister - I don't think anyone should trust him with their taxes or money.THIS IS ALL TRUE AND ACCURATE!
