When I got a fine for underpayment from the state of Indiana Department of Revenue I reached out to her and she said she would look into it and get back to me. She never did. She's not responsive to emails and her voicemail box is usually full so you can even leave a message. I had asked her if I should make an estimated tax payment last year in she told me not to. She will never be doing my taxes again.
