DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!! Anthony Zepeda is a complete fraud! He met with us in Oxnard Ca.,took all our documents, gladly took $400 from us and said he would have our taxes completed in 2-3 weeks. He also said he would look into our previous tax years to see if there were any additional funds he could retrieve for us. It has been 5 months now with no response to multiple calls, text, or emails. He still has our documents so we decided to drive to his Chino Hills so called office and turns out it is just a UPS store. Tax Theif!! Not specialist! I would give negative stars if I could.

I've done my taxes with Anthony Zepeda for about for a few yars. I had even referred a few of my coworkers not knowing what an nightmare it would turn out to be. I had heard of him being flakey and not responding to phone calls, texts, or emails but never thought this would happen to me until a couple of friends and even FAMILY members that I had referred called telling me he had not submitted their taxes and could not reach Anthony. I then received mail stating my taxes were not submitted. He could have easily contacted me to let me know he couldn't complete them or let me know the situation but Now I'm dealing with 2 years of taxes not being completed. I never do reviews but when your profession deals with people's money and personal information you should be 100% reliable.

I was referred to him by a friend. I was myself and 3 other couples that needed to get our taxes done. He had assured us our taxes would be done no more than a month. After a month we gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited another month. At this point I contacted him and no response to phone calls or emails. My taxes got done 7 months later and I have yet to receive any documents from Mr. Zepeda. We were just informed we owe the IRS $700. This could have been avoided would he provided us with our documents. I will be filing a complain with CTEC.ORG. This individual should not be practicing.

Anthony is the worst tax person you can possibly use. He never answers his phone or calls back. It's been 3 years since I have used his service. Every year I was worried if they were put in on time. My family lost our home to a fire Feb 28th and my mediation lawyer needs my 12 transcripts. I sent him a text why we need it and he didn't even return my text. I have had several friends use him and drop him for the same reason. Please stay away from this guy for your own sanity.

He did my taxes 2013 now the IRS said I owe them close to $4000. I have sent numerous emails and have called him. It has been 2 months and I have not received any word back from him on the matter. I will not be using him again or recommending him to anyone I know. Worst customers service I have ever received.
