Had my taxes done by Brandi Moore for 2018. Paid her 450.00. Come to find out she never did my taxes according to the IRS. After reporting her to the IRS she finally submitted my taxes in August 2019. I was hit with a late fee. Now Im trying to file my 2019 taxes but I dont have my AGI in order to complete them. She refuses to answer her phone and wont send me a copy of my taxes. Beware. She is a scammer.
