Client Reviews of Betty J. Murray, RTRP

Betty has done a great job for us over the years. We were, however, recently informed of a significant discrepancy in taxes from several years ago. This was an understandable error as I have made them myself in the past. Our only concern is our inability to reach Betty. We are hoping she is in good health. She is a dear woman who has provided us with quality customer service and efficient results over the years. We always enjoyed our experiences with Betty.

Betty did our taxes for several years and the last two years she filed them there were so many mistakes we are still discovering (and owing for..) . She is not up to date on local tax laws, is not very responsive to any communication I have sent her and seems to struggle with details. She was recommended by a friend who has also stopped paying for her services due to inconsistent quality of tax preparation.
