Ron did my taxes for 4 years and up until last year, I was happy with his knowledgeable service. However, I had a nightmare experience doing my taxes with Ron last year. He was busy and couldn't finish my taxes the initial day we had our appointment so he promised he would finish them up and would file them. Long story short, it was next to impossible to get him to return a call, email or text. He promised me that he would do things on a certain date and would not follow through. He finally filed my taxes on the night of the deadline to file. I had my initial appointment with him, 1 month before the deadline so I had left him plenty of time. I will never go to Laudie & Associates again.
