She over charges and does not follow through if there is an issue with your return. I did not receive my full return and she was supposed to have sent follow up info to the irs now i cannot get in contact with her. She already received her pay of $475 off the money the irs did send me so i guess now she doesn't care about my account anymore. I will never use her again. You shouldn't either
