He apparently is closed for tax year 2016 because he doesn't answer messages if you're lucky to leave a message. If you have a problem after tax season, forget it, because he's never available. I give him a big fat F My husband and I retired to Ma but always went back to him since his father then he had been doing our taxes for over 25 years and then suddenly he's nowhere when we needed him to correct a tax return

I have been trying to get my taxes done since April 1 2015. Patrick Cannon has had all the paper work for my taxes and also my daughter's taxes. I have been calling leaving messages for at least 5 times per day since April 15 with no problems return phone calls. I have gone by his office 9 times a day and no one has answered the door. This has been very difficult for me because I trusted Patrick to be professional. I am rating this company an F.
