Kelly prepared my taxes for two years. Each year there was an error that resulted in substantial interest and penalties that I had to pay. Kelly would not contribute toward paying the penalties.

THIS WOMAN IS DISGRACEFUL!! I WILL NEVER USE NOR RECCOMEND HER TO ANYONE!! SHE TELLS PEOPLE SHE CAN HELP THEM WITH THEIR TAXES AND THEN VANISHES! I MAILED HER ALL MY DOCUMENTS AND HAVE TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS TO REACH HER AND SHE JUST IGNORES ALL CONTACT MADE. ****BEWARE!!!*****
