I have gone through this tax preparer back in 2011 and 2012 he had miss filed my taxes and took more money from my tax then what I received. Now I'm having issue with IRS as of today trying to get this resolved with his fileing my taxes and had received my information and will not give me my copys and also reported him to the tax revenue.

MR. wally Dossous did my Taxes a couple years ago. I trusted believed he would do the honorable thing and file my taxes accordingly, instead, he took extra money from my refund without me noticing. Absolutely unethical. That was not the worst of what he did to me. I am a professional social worker, currently not attending school but work in the community with families and children, so you can imagine my reputation means alot to me. He checked off that I was in school and checked off other credits that I didnt qualify for. Sadly, the IRS audited me and still to this day I am paying back the money claimed I tried to steal. They sent me a $3500 bill. Right now, my tax refunds have been taken the past 2 years paying back. Although I am very concerned and filing other complaints with better business bureau, IRS and other entities concerned with fraud in our community, I am more concerned for the families in need he is robbing who has no idea and especially the single mothers with children in the fort pierce community area. I can deal with the bills, I have a professional job, professional income....my main reason for filing complaints and using all avenues possible is because he is hurting families out there. Please be very careful not to use his services. He needs to understand that stealing from people, being dishonest is not worth it at the end. One day God will send someone your way you will rob and that person will be fearless, know how to pursue every avenue of resources possible and will not rest until he is dealt with completely. I happen to be that person. I will continue to pursue this and file every complaint and personally Go to fort pierce to sue him for this, not for me but for the families he may be stealing from.
