BEWARE !!!!! In my opinion this guy is a scam. He tells you a price then after he does your taxs he doubles the fee, If you dont pay him what he wants (More than double than what he quoted us) We paid him what he quoted and now he wants more so he is keeping our returns hostage until we pay him what he wants.
