She was totally unreliable in 2015. Our taxes were not completed when she said and then had many errors. Now we were notified that the IRS never received our tax return that she said she submitted electronically. Last week she said she would contact the IRS but this was not done so I had to submit our tax return myself. She does not reply to telephone or internet messages.
