Mr. Roberts, DOB, as Creative Tax Solutions, Took 38 days to prepare my 2012 tax returns, and when received, were grossly incorrect. He blamed the errors on his tax software and computer without acknowledging his own quality control. He offered to re calculate the tax return, however the mistakes were so egregious i opted to have them REVIEWED by a Local CPA's office. Upon the review, the new preparer was able to correct all mistakes, and share with me what information Mr. Roberts missed on the STATE AND FEDERAL return causing my owing $3700 to owing ZERO & receiving a refund from both state and federal government! I had to pay for the review and amend the return, and asked Mr. Roberts for a refund of my original amount paid him. He refused my request, despite his sloppy & negligent preparation on my original return, because i would not sign a non disclosure ( GAG ORDER not to disclose my experience, and a hold harmless release.
