Been going to Tracy for over 10 years and she has always been professional and knowledgeable of things that I need to be aware of as the next year approaches. My wife and I have recommended her to dozens of clients and everyone has always been impressed.

Very bad experience. Used her in 2014 for a complicated federal and multi-state joint filing after a recommendation from my husband's colleague. Unprofessional work environment with dogs all over her workspace. We received a letter from the IRS in 2016 proposing that our refund was incorrect and our refund was to be owed back along with 2 years of interest. Contacted Tracy for information and resolution, and received no help moving forward. She never once called us back, email discussions were minimal on her end with repeating questions and dis-organization. The automated computer system she uses calculated our refund, which is now the large amount due. All of this could have been avoided if she would have double checked our refund. Do not use her.
