We are from Belgium owning a short rental home at Kissimmee.Our property management company CFRM Villas at Championsgate offered us the acountant services of Mr Wright for our annual tax returns. In December 2015 we received an invoice from Mr Wright ( thru CFRM ) for an amount of 1300 USD for our 2013 tax return?? In May 2015 the tax return 2013 was returned by IRS saying it was incomplete and since then we have been e-mailing and calling Mr Wright asking him what we had to do. He has never returned any of our calls or e-mails and even CFRM could not get the answers. We thought that for this amount of 1300 USD he would have filed 2014 also as he had asked our income and expenses for that year. Result: we had to do our tax return for 2013 over again - it was never completed - and pay an accountant to do this. 2014 had to be done also. Mr Wright has charged us 1300 USD for doing what? Showing this invoice to other home owners and accountants causes stupefaction and laughs at the same time, nobody can believe this. Our first experience with a USA accountant/tax preparer!! Fortunately this is not common practice there are a lot of reliable accountants and we can say this now that we have a new one who is charging the commonly applied fee which is one third of Mr Wright's invoice.
