This is the worst experience I have ever had. My regular tax accountant sold his clients to this place without my knowledge. I was surprised when I got a call from this placed about my taxes as that was not who I gave my tax prep info to. He called about my taxes and what I would be getting or owing. When he told me I knew something wasn't correct. I called him back an asked him to make sure he filed my 1040- CR and it turns out he told me I didn't qualify when I most certainly did. He looked at my paper again and said "oh I guess you do qualify" No apology for messing up my taxes. He then told me that i was getting $900 back but he had to amend my taxes. Here we are 4 months later now and I still haven't seen that money. I called him and his response was well I fixed it on my end you now have to wait for IRS which can take 6-8 MONTHS! I said you are the one who MESSED UP MY TAXES.....his response was what do you want me to do about it. DO NOT GO HERE. VERY RUDE
