I have asked her three times now to be sent a copy of proof of amendment to a tax form. The first time she failed to send me anything, I called and she said she didn't know I wanted it sent to me, I gave her my address specifically for it to be sent to me. I have now filed my taxes and it has been weeks later and I still have not received anything after the second time of me calling! I have also called a third time! No answer, and I have left a voice mail. These are important legal documents that I need in my files because her and my ex (whom files through Sally) are in a violation of a court order and she is refusing to send them under the guise of "I didn't know you wanted them." Extremely unprofessional! When I first called to have the amendment set in place she didn't want to file the amendment and just let me allow the court order violation to go through and she'd file my taxes for free. I kept alerting her that I did not want to file my taxes with her and she kept persisting so the amendment wouldn't interfere with her clients taxes. Fix your mistakes the first time people ask and don't expect me to allow a court order violation to go through!
