so not only your a horrible taxes preparer but i also here your a horrible land lord & are not taking care of health risk's in a property you own in west palm beach fl, because you just don't want to pay code enforcement fee's. that's very low. An your a teacher's to boot in port saint lucie. honestly i wouldn't want my kid's to have you as a teacher if you do such horrible thing's like that in life. what would you teach my kids if i had any. to be dishonest & treat tenants unfairly & put there health at risk. by not living up to your land lord responsibilities that are easily list in the renter's right's acted.
