Ms Jones ia a very personal individual, I really like enteracting with her. She did get me a substancial tax return, but still FAILED me in my 2012 taxes, by failing to provide the IRS all the required documents I provided her. The IRS was charging me over $4000 back pay, I've had to fight with the IRS this summer trying to get them to fix my 2012 taxes, so far they still say I owe over $2000. I've taken my taxes to H&R Block since 2010 and never had an issue before Ms Jones. After gettig my taxes submitted I recommended Ms Jones to my daughters friend and they too have been contacted by the IRS. I would NOT recommend Ms Jones for tax preparation, unless you pay up front for the extra protection plan H&R Block offers. I don't expect to receive any return for this 2013 return since the IRS is still saying I owe from 2012 unless I get a preparer who knows how to fix the damage Ms Jones did to my 2012 return.
