Client Reviews of John Tutt

John Tutt, also known as Clem Tutt, is completely unreliable. He took my $40 on paypal for a retention fee, and then proceeded to cancel my appointment and never called me to reschedule. I have tried calling his phone, emailing him, contacting him on facebook, etc, all to no avail. He does not answer his emails or phone or reply to any messages. If Clem ever reads this, please please look at your email (bookclemonline@gmail.com) and respond to one of my email messages that I sent you regarding this issue. I had used him for 5 years prior to this experience, and every year he became more and more unreliable. I should have cut my losses for my 2013 taxes and just booked someone else, but I must say that he did get me a good return in the previous 5 years which is why I stupidly kept booking Clem. Since he canceled on me, I ended up having to find another tax preparer at the last minute, during the busiest time of the tax season (April). Needless to say it was a very difficult process. Please let this serve as your warning. John Tutt, aka Clem Tutt is a very shady tax preparer and will not be there for you when you need him. Clem, if you have any morals at all, you will return my money and start answering your phone and your email again.
