I am writing to express my total disheartenment about Mwanga Nsa's. He accepted to do an estimate for my tax return. when I submitted all my documents to him, he said he does not do estimates. (taking advantage of being in possession of all my information). I insisted that I WANTED an estimate. he accepted to do that which he did. I told him I would get back to him later. to my greatest dismay and dissatisfaction, he went ahead and submitted the return WITHOUT my approval. This is utterly illegal and should be considered theft identity. He did not even call me. I called him when I realized he had submitted....He spoke with such pride.. It should be interesting here that I never met with him, neither did he ask my options like direct deposit (which I know exists). As if that was not enough, he did that without telling me how much he was going to charge me! he only told me after , when I called him expressing my frustration and he said with NO remorse.. "your fee is $ 400"...OMG!!. I am not a corporation nor company...I am an individual. Is this professional? I call it scam!! would he do this to a white person? he simply took advantage of me because he had all my information. He used my tax return, took away the fee before he submitted. Basic tax information ,he did not explain to me...not even verifying my address, my 2013 gross adjusted income etc. Don't I have right to my return for crying out loud. He has not even replied me in spite all my emails to him. This is a disgrace to him. I therefore want this association (PTIN Directory) to take a very serious measure against this individual who is posing as a scammer. This is unfair and unprofessional, not different from a scam.
