This person is incredibly unprofessional. She was extremely late and looked unshowered and dishevelled as if she was homeless. She kept having to ask her superiors how to do everything. all that would have been forgivable except that within minutes of us arriving she began hitting on my husband in front of me and our children. Not the being overly friendly kind that gets misinterpreted either. She was clearly desperate for attention. She kept trying to touch him and ask personal questions that were obviously not tax related. We were both made very uncomfortable and complained to the management afterwards. They told us that they received similar complaints before and would talk to her about it. We usually go to liberty tax every year and receive excellent customer service, but this experience was terrible. We have since been back and didn't see her there, so we can only assume she was fired. Good riddance.
