Absolutely terrible service. I did not even want to give her one star, but I had no other option. Do not go to this person. I was told she was a "master tax professional" and able to file my foreign income tax. She got the currency exchange wrong! By tens of thousands of dollars. I was speechless. She did not make any effort to contact me and apologize. What's worse is that H&R Block attempted to fix this mistake and got it wrong a second time. Still waiting for this woman's mistakes to be fixed.
