I was using a company for 3 years. Their communication was horrible so I decided to find another accountant. I met Cassidy playing video games. Yes, she is a girl gamer! She blew my mind with all the insight and knowledge she had given me in just 2 hours of chatting with her. At tax time I called her. We live on the opposite side of the US and she made it so convenient. I was impressed that she had my results in less than 30 minutes and was able to have them done in the same day. I had Cassidy do my taxes and when she sent out my copy she sent it to the wrong address and never sent them to my correct address. When I asked her to send them or let me meet her to pick them up, she said she would not because my ex said that I got them (who doesn't have access to my mail) and was also told sorry Charlie. All this due to the fact she has a personal vendetta against me due to we hung out and I made a mutual friend. When we original spoke of my taxes not reaching my address, she had joked about I'll hang on to them so we can hang out. Be careful who you trust to do your taxes.
