I found Mrs. Shimada to be very unprofessional in her dealings with me when I hired her to do my taxes. When I questioned how she calculated my business expenses in the filing, she claimed that I was not paying her enough and she did not wish to explain her work to me. She then quit before completing the service. There are true professionals out there, and I will be sure to look a little harder for one next year. I would advise people to steer clear of her.
