Extremely rude. We were referred to Mr. Smith by a friend. We reached out to have him prepare our taxes this year. Instead of finding a nice way to tell us "no", he said "I'll pass...good luck." I'm not sure why we deserved that kind of brush off but it was extremely off-putting and I think it was horrible customer service. We could have been new clients, but instead, he made us feel like we aren't good enough for his services. Very rude and I'm still shocked.
