Client Reviews of Irys Manoukian

I don't know how Irys Mahoukian does her job, because I never got a chance to meet her. One thing I know she is very unprofessional and rude. I took time off work and made an appointment to meet her 2 weeks ago, and when it was time to meet her, I called to confirm, but no answer, so I thought they are busy answering the phone, so I drove there and no one was in the office. How unprofessional can you get, that you don't even call your client to cancel and even worst she never called me back to apologize after leaving her a message. When I called to ask her about it, first she said what appointment, then she said Oh ya, I was sick. Don't you think you should call your client and cancel or re-schedule before they drive all the way to your location. No respect.

Couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service, and they even caught things I had never thought of and went above and beyond. They're honest and reliable!! The office staff are very welcoming; I highly recommend. I went there for both my personal and business returns.
