It was very difficult to make an appointment because he did not return my phone calls. I left my previous years paperwork with him to amend. He had that paperwork for a year and did not do it. I stopped at another office after picking up my paperwork and they had it done in 1/2 hr while I waited. He could have done it in minutes because he already had my information for that year in his system. Organizational skills? Prioritizing work? Reliability? I was really let down.
