This has been an extremely unprofessional engagement. I submitted my taxes 9/25 on line to H&R Block. I was passed along by 3 agents previously to Mike Keister. This agent called me after numerous attempts to reach him to confirm he received my tax package. After losing a day of work chasing around the H&R Block U.S.staff to find out who has my taxes, if they will be done. when will they be done. On 9/29 I received a call. Mike said he was teaching a class he would contact me on Friday. I messaged him on Friday. Nothing! I messaged him on Saturday not any contact. I called his office today no one is there! So for H&R Block and this "tax professional" I must say I am disappointed and scared.
