Stephen is a very calm and professional Tax Preparer who l have used to pay the least taxes and feel confident that he has used his substantial knowledge to help me navigate the simple and the very cpmplex financial investments. He takes the time to know his clients and spends a lot of his time reviewing and learning about the tax code and the administration of the code. I recommended him to a friend wh had large tax leins. Mr. Burke got them removed and my friend even received a IRS refund!!
