This woman Natalie Carr ripped me off of $825.00. I paid her $125 for an application fee and $700 for a deposit on a house that sold by another realtor and the owners knew nothing of me renting the apartment. She also had a $2100.00 check from a governmental agency and was unable to collect those funds, and was not trying to give the monies back. But the bank was able to do a stop payment. She told me she was waiting to hear from owners. She played and fiddled me along and I ended up calling the listing agent (who was not Natalie) to find out about the property and learned it sold. I have since then made countless requests via text messages and emails regarding my refund and she continues to ignore me. I have filed a complaint with Georgia Real Estate Commission Board, Realtor Board, and now in a civil suit. Do not trust her... she is doing real estate, taxes, recruiting and all other types of businesses. She is a typical Atlanta Scam Artist and nothing about her is legit not even the cheap car she drives. Do not, and I repeat DO NOT, commingle your business with her. You will be greatly disappointed... I had to learn the hard way. Because she ripped me off and would not give me my $825.00 cash back, my children and I are in a new search and will be possibly homeless because of the cheap man's glitch she threw in the plan. DO NOT TRUST HER WITH YOUR TAX INFORMATION. SHE IS A PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST ON MULTIPLE LEVELS!
