Client Reviews of Ryan Barrett

The 2016 Tax year was the first year when Ryan took care of my husband and my taxes. Everything looked good until we started to get questions form CRA in June. September we have been hit with a new assessment and a very large bill to pay. Since then I am calling and emailing to Numeris LLP (owned by Ryan) and desperately asking for his help. So far Ryan has not replied any of my email and have not returned my call and was not available to meet with us. Other people called from his company, but basically with no advise, I have to call many times before they return my call and my emails are unanswered. I am devastated. When someone prepares your tax return, you want that person to be there for you when the government asks questions. Ryan is not there for us. I don't know where to go and what to do.
