I just found out when filing my 2019 taxes that Yvette never filed my 2018 taxes. I paid her fee, she gave me all of my forms (including my completed 2018 tax return along with schedules), and said everything was filed. She is a scam!

I wish I could have met her twenty years ago, when I first started getting my taxes done, i’ve been over charged in the past and over paid and waisted a lot of time and and money with other tax preparers who haven’t come close to what she’s been able to do for my family and myself.
