I visited the office of Mr. Boatman in Madison in late February and was greeted and engaged by his pleasant mannered receptionist as I waited in the office. Mr. Boatman came out shortly to answer my questions and give me valuable input in a professional and non-rushed manner. At this point I was only a potential customer during this busy time for Mr. Boatman but he treated me with great respect. I didn't forget the pleasant experience so I called the office today the end of March to set up my appointment to have my taxes prepared by Mr. Boatman.
