My experience with Doug has been wonderful. He not only helps to make sure I get the most money back from my return, he also makes it very affordable to get my taxes done by a professional. I filed my taxes early this year in hopes of getting my refund back sooner, but the IRS had different plans and Doug was there to help figure out why the refund wasn't coming through. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process to make sure that the refund finally came through. He shows he cares about each of his clients through his commitment to his work.
