Worst experience I have ever had!! We gave her taxes on time for 2021 to file, First she text me saying we were done and I looked at number she texted and did not seem right and when questioning about out of state info she forgot..? Since she waited till last minute, I asked that she file an extension and was never done, but we believed it was, 6 months later she text she was done. every-time she said she was done I never saw any documentation..not normal. Then we received a letter from IRS with all these fee's, we spent hours on the phone trying clean up. We have made many phone calls and communication is just NOT there. Finally she asks us to send copy of letter to her and she never did anything, Not to mention I still had not received original documents or any at that. Then over 1 year later she calls and wants to charge us an outrageous amount 1500 and disregard the letter I got from IRS. All I can say is this is the most unprofessional, lack of detail, no communication and price gouging business I have ever dealt with. Then find out she lied about saying she is licensed and certified, so many lies. please beware and do your research on people/ companies so many scams out there. The person that refered us was also scammed and read about few others now online.
