On the retirement of my long-time tax preparer, I enlisted Ms. Kennedy in 2016 to do my fairly simple returns. Regrettably, she made three significant errors (two IRS, one FTB) that delayed processing of my returns (the agencies caught the errors). Now, a year later, doing my 2016 taxes, I have discovered yet another error. I will file amended returns for 2015 to get a refund of over $500 of overpaid tax.
